Although I try to eat healthy, I always try to mindfully keep track of my eating a couple of times a year. This time I was heavy on the carbs and fat but feel like I have eaten more veggies and fruit in the last three days than I did most of last year. 2018 has taught me so much and also has left me emotionally and physically exhausted. I challenged myself with learning and performing a show in English and Spanish and learned to be a child after becoming a responsible adult as a teenager. Mom’s health deteriorated unexpectedly and I will have to take a temporary hiatus from stage and screen but will continue to study and learn as being a lifelong student brings me joy. #goodbye2018 #hello2019 #actorslife #happynewyear
