Acting Out Mama!
Last week was the first week we were all at home, working and attempting virtual school. Changes were made and my VO studio was moved into my closet. Grateful for all the auditions. I enjoy learning more about this endeavor, that is an extension of my acting. Everyday provides a different challenge in cooking and cleaning between video chats, zoom meetings, audio recordings, and conference calls. Trying to do our part in keeping people safe. #actingoutmama #actorslife #photographerslife
After 14 days of self-isolation, everyone has realized that Bella loves to bark. Protecting us from neighbors, squirrels, and diesel trucks is her full time job. #bashful_beagle #actingoutmama #actorslife🎬
Stage Reading - One Performance - $20 So grateful and blessed to have been asked to participate in this stage reading for a cause. According to Multiple Sclerosis Today: "Multiple sclerosis affects about 400,000 people in the United States, and about 2 1/2 million worldwide. In the United States, the prevalence of the condition — that is, the number of people who have it compared with the general population — is nearly 90 cases per 100,000 people." Love, Loss, and What I Wore is a play written by Nora and Delia Ephron based on the 1995 book of the same name by Ilene Beckerman. It is organized as a series of monologues and uses a rotating cast of five principal women. The subject matter of the monologues includes women's relationships and wardrobes and at times the interaction of the two, using the female wardrobe as a time capsule of a woman's life. Rarely am I on stage as of late, and I am looking forward to doing just that again, on March 21st. If you are unable to attend but would like to donate to the cause, please feel free to use the link below: https://secure.nationalmssociety.org/site/Donation2?62921.donation=form1&idb=1089717866&df_id=62921&FR_ID=31045&mfc_pref=T&PROXY_ID=616727&PROXY_TYPE=22 If you are on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/donate/225800201786039/235354667497259/ You can give as little or as much as you want, every bit it truly appreciated.
